Kailyn Lowry has just released the cover art for her upcoming children's book.

Kailyn Lowry Speaks Out Against Her Portrayal On 'Teen Mom 2'

According to a new report, the Teen Mom 2 star's oldest son, Isaac, asked her, "What is love?" many months ago, inspiring her to create her first children's book. Now, ahead of the book's fall release, she's revealed new details about what fans can expect from Love Is Bubblegum.

"“I thought, ‘This might be a good concept story for a children’s book, so that’s when I took it and ran with it,” Lowry told Us Weekly on Friday.

Rather than simply explain what she felt love was, Lowry enlisted the help of children, asking them what their explanations of love would be. Then, she recruited illustrator Fuuji Takashi to turn those ideas into "adorable, colorful drawings." (Fuuji is also responsible for Love Is Bubblegum's cover.)

As for how Isaac explained love, Lowry revealed, “He’s like, ‘I love when I pet my dog Gizmo.’”

“One of the kids in the book had a really mature answer for their age, so I was just a little shocked by that,” Lowry continued.

"My kids were and are my first true loves. I never really knew what it was like to love somebody unconditionally until I had my kids,” she added.
