She has been fooling nearly everyone, including her own family members, for months, but now, Ava (Maura West) will finally come clean to her brother, Julian (William DeVry) about her real identity on General Hospital.

Nina Confronts Ava

With the exception being Silas and Franco (Roger Howarth) no one has caught on to the fact that Denise Demuccio is really Ava, and that she never actually died the night of the prison escape. And though Franco has since confided in both Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Nina (Michelle Stafford) with the truth, neither has used it against her successfully yet. However, as Ava begins to feel the walls closing in and realizes her identity could be compromised before she has a chance to destroy evidence that would put her right back in jail, she will decide to finally confide the truth in someone else -- her brother.

Julian has been letting 'Denise' stay with him and has even started to form a small bond with her over their shared departed sibling. However, even he will be stunned when he realizes that the woman who has been living in his home has been his sister all along -and he will initially be livid with her for not telling him or her daughter, Kiki (Hayley Erin) the truth about her being alive.

Nina Worries How Far Franco Will Go To Protect Her

However, Ava won't take long to try and enlist Julian's help in her effort to make sure she can finally reveal her identity. Her failure to get the recording that has her admitting to killing Connie Falconeri has been the only thing forcing her to stay disguised-so if she can convince her brother to get his hands on it, she could make it disappear for good and finally come out of hiding.

What is unclear is how much Julian will be willing to go along with the plan.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
