She has been called to the witness stand to testify in Franco's (Roger Howarth) trial for Silas' murder, but Ava/Denise (Maura West) could regret that she was forced to show up by the time her testimony is over on General Hospital.

Franco's Trial Takes An Unexpected Turn

Though several people have since learned that Denise is a façade and she is really Ava (who never died as is widely believed), Ava has been kept from having her identity-and any crimes she's possibly committed since resurfacing-exposed, mainly because of a photo she has that could implicate Nina (Michelle Stafford) in Silas' death, something Franco will not allow.

However, Scott (Kin Shriner) made a shocking decision to give her a subpoena and force her to testify, though he hasn't explained why-and now, she could find her identity completely blown if Scott managed to uncover evidence of her being alive. However, first, she will have to deal with Franco, who will make it clear that he doesn't want her anywhere near the proceedings.

Julian Learns The Truth About Ava's Identity

"I don't want you anywhere near here," he says to her in a preview clip for the Friday, August 21 episode.

Meanwhile, back at the apartment, Julian (William DeVry) will begin to express concern and worry over her being called into court, especially since he has only just learned for himself that his beloved sister is still alive. And now, his behavior over the woman many still believe is Denise, will cause some concern about him as well.

"Why are you worried about Denise?" Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) asks in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
