Brandi Glanville revealed on the latest episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" a personal secret about co-star Adrienne Maloof and though it was not said on the episode what exactly was revealed, a source said that Maloof allegedly used a surrogate for her three children.

Glanville reportedly claimed that Maloof and ex-husband Paul Nassif used a surrogate to have children, which caused a blowup on Monday's episode with curses being thrown by both sides and a lawsuit being threatened by Maloof.

A source close to "RHOBH" said, "There's a gathering that most of the cast attends except Adrienne. And during the party, Brandi takes issue with the fact that Adrienne insists she had her three boys naturally, while Brandi insists Paul and Adrienne used a surrogate."

When co-star Kim Richards told Maloof and her husband that Glanville said something personal about them and their family to the rest of the "Housewives," the couple approached Glanville at a party and the two sides starting cursing each other out. Maloof and Nassif said Glanville was lying in her accusations and making false defamatory statements. Glanville defended herself and continued to say that she was telling the truth.

"Brandi and Adrienne already had some underlying issues with each other ... and Brandi has a very knee-jerk reaction when she thinks people are lying or being fake," the source said. "This was her way of reacting to something she though Adrienne was being dishonest about."

Before leaving the heated party, Maloof made her own accusations, saying that Glanville sleeps until 3 p.m. and her children remain alone during that time.

After the show aired, Glanville wrote in her Bravo blog, "My mouth gets me in a lot of trouble, but this time I've pissed off the wrong rich person."

On the after show with Andy Cohen, former "Housewives" cast member Camille Donatacci Grammer was a guest and a viewer called in to ask about the big secret Glanville revealed. Grammer did not go into details about it but did say that it was something extremely personal about Maloof's children.
