Kelly Osbourne dropped an impressive 50 pounds during and after her run on ABC's hit competition show "Dancing with the Stars." Since the stint, she has successfully kept the weight off.

The daughter of "America's Got Talent" host Sharon Osbourne and rock music legend Ozzy Osbourne, confessed that when she joined "DWTS" in 2009, she quickly began a new diet and exercise routine. She lost 20 pounds during her time on the show, and lost another 30 after the show with a personal trainer.

The 27-year-old has revealed the secret tips to InTouch magazine that have helped her maintain a steady 112 lbs. on her 5'2" body frame.

"People think I lost weight and then got happy, but that's not how it works. You have to get happy first," the "E! Fashion Police" host told InTouch. "I made a life change, and the weight loss was an amazing perk."

Osbourne admits that changing her eating habits and exercising has helped her maintain her weight. It has become something that she "really enjoys" doing. By adding variety in her workout routine, which consists of incorporates cardio, circuit training, yoga and Pilates, there is never a dull moment.

"[Working out] is something I really enjoy doing," Osbourne told the weekly magazine. "I never thought I'd be that kind of girl. I do up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates - I mix it up."

Osbourne shared that she allows herself one cheat a week (pizza) but her overall food choices are better and consistent. "For breakfast, I will eat either cereal or a little omelet thingy made with egg whites, mushrooms and spinach. Lunch is usually a salad or a turkey burger. And then for dinner, I'll have brown rice with vegetables and some kind of meat."

"Never deprive yourself of anything, because then you get angry about it," she said. "People who are hungry are miserable."
