Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's kids had the opportunity of seeing one of the most critically acclaimed musicals ever made.

On Sunday, People announced that the actress took her children to see Wicked at London's West End theater district over the weekend. Jolie was spotted along with four of her six children- Zahara, 10, Shiloh, 9, and twins, Knox and Vivienne, 7.

Jolie and Pitt are also parents to Maddox, 14, and Pax, 11.

Pitt was also apparently at the show although he was not seen leaving with his family. But it seemed like everyone had a lovely night out as the actress took good care of her family.

"Angelina and the children all seemed really happy and were clutching Wicked drinking bottles as they left," a source said. "Angelina was clearly very protective. Like a big mother hen."

Wicked is based on the Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz. Named Elphaba, the story takes on who the witch was before Dorothy dropped in from Kansas and how Elphaba turned into the villain on her broomstick. The show became a popular musical with songs like "The Wizard and I," "Dancing Through Life" and "One Short Day."

Pitt and Jolie have been married for one year now although they dated for nearly a decade before tying the knot. This is Pitt's second marriage and Jolie's third.
