While Evans and her mother, Barbara, wanted to come to an agreement about the future custody of her 6-year-old, a new sneak peek shows them at odds.

"I don't think we're ever goign to come to a resolution about Jace," Evans tells her mother in the sneak peek.

"I want to come to an agreement before we go to court, because I think court will be devastating," Barbara responds. "We need to start writing something down, either between us or something, or come to an agreement between both of us about Jace visiting. We don't have to go in front of a judge, because it might not be the answer you want to hear. You've got to be willing to give and take. You've got to be not taking it all."

Because Evans has been arrested twice this year, her chances in regaining custody may not be as great as she thinks -- especially since her mother has been caring for the boy since shortly after his birth. Still, Evans is convinced she should have her son much more than her mother.

"I said I wanted him during the week. You get him on weekends, or nothing at all," she tells her mother.
