K. Michelle is giving props to Tamar Braxton after the release of her latest song "Coming Home" from her new album Calling All Lovers; but did she throw a little shade at her former arch nemesis?

K. Michelle and Braxton have had their differences in the past, and while they seemed to settle their feud on this year’s BET Awards, there still seems to be a little bit of awkward energy between them. So many were surprised when K. Michelle revealed that she not only supported Braxton’s most recent single, but had a couple of things to say about it.

She tweeted Wednesday, “No lie Tamar’s new song ‘coming home’ puts me all the way in my feelings! Great record. Real music”.

Despite their past issues, she followed it up with, “I love listening to MUSIC! The gimmicks just never cut it for my soul and my ears! Great music is great music and it can’t be denied”.

Braxton and K. Michelle began feuding after K. Michelle’s debut on VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta back in 2012. She made pretty shocking statements that former record executive Micky “Memphitz” Wright physically abused her when they were together. Braxton, who is friends with Wright’s now wife Toya Wright, clapped back and accused K. Michelle of lying. After that, the two went back-and-forth on social media and in interviews before finally coming together on the stage of the BET Awards back in June.
