Henry wrote on Twitter today that Biden has told supporters he plans to run for president and will make his announcement by the end of the week.

New polls out of CNN/ORC have Biden winning in a general election over leading republican candidates Donald Trump and Ben Carson by a 8-10 point margin. But Clinton and Sanders are beating him for the Democratic nomination. Clinton and Sanders polls at 45 and 24 percent, respectively, with Biden polling at 18 percent.
