They haven't finished anywhere near the front of the pack yet during their stint on season 27 of The Amazing Race, but new odds may seem to be in The Cheerleaders' favor when it comes to winning the $1 million.

Will Team Texas' U-Turn Plans Backfire?

Gold Derby.com, which follows the race and predictions for teams most likely to be eliminated on a week-to-week basis currently favors Tiffany and Krista as the team being eliminated during the show's 5th leg, though they are also predicted to be in the middle of the pack as potential winners of the entire race as well.

Among reasons that the website says there is conflict when it comes to how the cheerleaders will fare in the competition, are that they have been at the back of the pack throughout the competition thus far, and narrowly escaped elimination twice before, meaning they may not likely have as much luck a third time. However, other teams are making mistakes that could be fatal-which could give the Cheerleaders an advantage as they cruise past and continue securing spots in future legs.

Ernest & Jin Talk Having More 'Competition' Before Elimination

In addition, before the season began, host Phil Keoghan even mentioned in a pre-race interview that he believed the cheerleaders would surprise everyone because the other teams would continually underestimate them. While his words have no impact on whether a team is eliminated or stays in the competition, let alone wins the whole thing, it is another positive sign for the two.

Those that track the teams during the race's filming have also seemed to hint that the Cheerleaders could be the ones who win the entire race as well. While most teams were no longer spotted again by spies after they arrived in Agra, India, the cheerleaders were spotted at a hotel in Hong Kong, China-where the final leg before teams headed back to the U.S. was filmed.

The Amazing Race airs Fridays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
