The Flash's Harrison Wells is like a bad penny.

'The Flash' Season 2 Spoilers: Doctor Light's Debut Announced, Will She Take A Villainous Turn?

Tom Cavanagh's scientist is back on Earth-1, and while we're excited, the STAR Labs crew is less than thrilled. The name Harrison Wells is inextricably linked with murder and betrayal for Flash fans, but that was Eobard Thawne masquerading in a Wells shaped meat suit. Now, Barry (Grant Gustin) and Co. will have a chance to team up with the real Wells.

"It's not Eobard Thawne, it's actually Harrison Wells," Gustin teased, according to ET Online. "It's the actual guy that Barry always idolized and looked up to, but [he's] from a different world... Barry is wanting to trust him and he's actually, in a way, quicker to trust him than he was to trust Jay."

Interestingly enough, this Wells may actually be even harder to work with. Version 1.0 was charismatic and, in his own way, fiercely devoted to Team Flash. Version 2.0, however, will be "much more brusque, and arrogant, and generates conflict," according to Cavanagh.

"He's less of a bad guy and more of a douchebag," Gustin told ET Online.

Why do we get the feeling were going to want to supersonic punch this man?
