The ABC series "Grey's Anatomy" returns from its winter hiatus on Thursday, Jan. 10, with episode 10 and Bailey's wedding is still in question: Will she make it to the altar?

TV Guide revealed that in Thursday's episode, "Things We Said Today," Bailey's wedding will remain "in limbo" while she focuses on saving Adele's life. Viewers saw her in episode nine on her way to the wedding hall with Richard but when he got a phone call that Adele was admitted to Seattle Grace for vomiting blood, they turned the car around and headed to the hospital. Richard, having a personal relationship with the patient, was not able to care for Adele so Bailey took over as her doctor. In the meantime, all the guests, and Bailey's fiance, were waiting at the wedding hall wondering where she was.

A sneak peak video from episode 10 showed Bailey's fiance finding out about the situation with Adele and announcing to the guests that Bailey was pulled into an emergency surgery, and that they should eat and drink until she arrives for the wedding.

Bailey is then shown running around the hospital and when her fiance arrived to get her for the wedding, she admitted that she has second thoughts about the marriage.

"I'm so scared. See I'm scared because I have so many things I want to do. Things I want to be," Bailey said, by which he responded with "Do you love me?"

The clip ended before Bailey can answer.

Also in episode 10, Cristina and Owen turn indecisive about following through with their divorce while Arizona and Callie try to bring more passion into their relationship.

Released photos from episode 11's taping show Derek practicing muscle movement on the hand Callie operated on. Callie enlists intern Share to play what turns into a "heated match of ping pong" again his attending, TV Guide reported. Alex and his intern watch over the game.
