'Grimm' Season 5 Spoilers: Monroe's Uncle Is Coming To Town! What Secret Will He Share With Nick?

Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) will be in the midst of one of his most chaotic days ever when Grimm returns, and Adalind (Claire Coffee) won't be having a particularly easy go of it either. With her daughter still missing, the powerless Hexenbiest will go into labor.

A new sneak peek gives viewers a glimpse at the moment Adalind realizes her newest child is on the way. Now, if she can keep this kid from disappearing every five seconds, that would be just great.

Poor Bud (Danny Bruno). He was totally not prepared for that.

'Grimm' Season 5 Spoilers: Seven Knights Centric Title Announced, Is The Map Complete?

It looks like the birth of Nick's son will become the bright spot in a sea of darkness. The season 5 premiere, "The Grimm Identity," will pick up just moments after the devastating events of "Cry Havoc." Coming to after a dose of chloroform, Nick will find every bad reminder of the night before suddenly missing - Trubel (Jacqueline Toboni) has been kidnapped, Juliette's (Bitsie Tulloch) body is MIA, and Nick's mother's head appears to have suffered the same fate. It's a lot to take in, especially as the Grimm prepares for the greatest challenge yet - fatherhood.

Find out what Nick will do next when Grimm returns to NBC on Oct. 30.
