Broncos vs Ravens, LIVE STREAM, Watch Divisional Playoff Online @ 1:30 PM PST
After bypassing the first round of the playoffs via bye, the Denver Broncos (13-3) are back in action to take on the Baltimore Ravens (10-6) in the Divisional round at the Sports Authority Field at Mile High on Saturday afternoon.
In the midst of a career rejuvenation, Peyton Manning has led the red-hot Broncos to the AFC's best record and in a opportunistic position to reach the Super Bowl.
On the other hand, it clearly won't be a cakewalk for Denver as the Ravens are looking to avenge its regular season loss to the football club and extend the career of its future Hall of Famer Ray Lewis.
Aiming for the team's 12th consecutive win, Manning is looking to continue his string of success against Baltimore and Lewis, who could very well be in his final game after recently announcing his retirement after the season.
On the shelf for the entire 2011-2012 season following a series of neck surgeries, Manning has even surpassed his very own expectations in his MVP-esque year with the Broncos.
The 36-year-old star signal caller was tied for first in the NFL in completion percentage (68.6), second in QB rating (105.8), third in touchdowns (37) and sixth in yards (4,659). Under Manning's offensive lead, Denver averaged 30.1 points and won its remaining 11 games during the season to earn them the conference's top seed.
"It's been quite a year for me. I remember one year ago I was in a hospital bed watching opening day, so there's a little reminder there of how far I've come," Manning told the Denver Broncos official website.
