Kristin Cavallari opened up on how overjoyed she is to be a mommy for the third time.

The reality star is currently pregnant with baby number three and she couldn't be happier.Not only is this another child for her and her husband, Jay Cutler, but it's also their first daughter. The couple has two boys, Camden, 3, and Jaxon, 1.

In an interview with American Baby for the December/January issue, Cavallari dished on the excitement she and her spouse will feel when their little girl is brought into the world.

"She's going to steal Jay's heart, which will in turn melt mine!" the mom said.

She added why she feels it's important that her sons will grow up with a little sister.

"I'm excited for the boys to grow up with a sister," she said. "I think it will help them to better and understand and respect women."

Cavallari also pointed out how each child has his or her own identity and it's important to appreciate each one.

"My two boys are opposites," she said. "Camden was such an easy baby. Jaxon is more of our rebel wild child, but he's also a mama's boy. Our little girl will have her own personality. I know I can't change who they are. It's important to let kids be themselves and to let them make mistakes. Self-discovery goes a long way."
