A month after Bethanny Frankel announced her split from her husband of three years, Jason Hoppy has counter filed her divorce petition with a list of his very own demands.

When Frankel, 42, filed for divorce, she requested for primary custody of Bryn, as well as child support. Hoppy, 41, is seeking the same as well -the pharmaceutical sales executive wants sole custody of their daughter Bryn and child support also.

According to TMZ, who has obtained access to Hoppy's divorce papers, he is seeking everything Frankel has requested in her divorce petition: medical benefits that includes dental coverage, a life insurance policy taken out for herself with him and their daughter as beneficiaries, his legal fees from the divorce process taken care of, his account paid for and "exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence."

The couple share a $5 million, four-bedroom apartment in Tribeca, New York City.

Frankel landed on Forbes' Celebrity 100 list last year, which reported that she earned $12 million in the past year. Her business empire includes several books, her Skinnygirl brand and a daytime talk show.

The couple signed a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot. Frankel announced her split from Hoppy on Dec. 23.

She appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" recently and told the host that she feels "like a failure" because of the split.

"I really put it out there. I wanted the fairytale. I thought I had it. And Bryn is my fairy tale . . .This is excruciating, I have to say," she said.

Frankel first met Hoppy in 2008 when she was still part of the original cast of "The Real Housewives of New York." Her spin-off series, "Bethenny Getting Married," followed their trip to the alter. After attaining a huge fan base, Bravo gave Frankel a second spin-off show, "Bethenny Ever After." That show followed their marriage and the birth of their daughter.
