This was the last situation she could have possibly imagines for when she gave birth, but now, Abigail (Kate Mansi) will have no choice but to deliver her baby prematurely, and without the help of a hospital or doctor, on Days of Our Lives.

After Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) kidnapped her and began keeping her for his prisoner in an abandoned cabin, she started to go into labor-which he believed was a ploy for her to try and escape. However, when he finally realized she was giving birth he managed to wrangle a midwife-but has since refused to allow for Abigail to get to a hospital, despite the midwife's insistence that she needs to get there.

Now, the time has come for Abigail to push, because the baby can no longer wait, and she has no choice at all but to do what's necessary.

However, help could soon be on the way for her, as Chad (Billy Flynn) has become convinced something is wrong because he knows she wouldn't have just left town and begun ignoring her loved ones, especially her family. And though he so far has no help when it comes to trying to prove that something isn't right about what happened to her, he has finally pieced together an important memory from before his coma-that Ben is the real Necktie Killer. And now, knowing Abigail is with him, Chad will be spurred into action to make sure nothing happens to the woman he loves.
