Bethenny Frankel and Katie Holmes now have something else in common besides a high-profile divorce battle - the same legal team to help settle their very public split. According to divorce papers obtained by InTouch Weekly, Frankel has retained the legal services of Holmes' attorneys who helped the actress settle her split with her ex-husband Tom Cruise.

The law firm of Aronson, Mayefsky & Sloan and a New Jersey-based attorney, Jonathan Wolfe, helped Holmes divorce Cruise in under a month. InTouch reported that Frankel likely wants to achieve the same speedy results.

Frankel announced her separation from Hoppy on Dec. 23. and filed for divorce earlier this month. Hoppy has counter filed her divorce petition with a list of his demands similar to Frankel's. According to TMZ, who obtained access to Hoppy's divorce papers, he is seeking everything Frankel has requested in her divorce petition: medical benefits that includes dental coverage, a life insurance policy taken out for herself with him and their daughter as beneficiaries, his legal fees from the divorce process taken care of, his account paid for and "exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence." The couple share a $5 million, four-bedroom apartment in Tribeca, New York City.

When Frankel, 42, filed for divorce, she requested primary custody of Bryn, as well as child support. Hoppy, 41, is seeking the same as well -the pharmaceutical sales executive wants sole custody of their daughter Bryn and child support also.

Frankel first met Hoppy in 2008 when she was still part of the original cast of "The Real Housewives of New York." Her spin-off series, "Bethenny Getting Married," followed their trip to the alter. After attaining a huge fan base, Bravo gave Frankel a second spin-off show, "Bethenny Ever After." That show followed their marriage and the birth of their daughter.
