Samar is off The Blacklist's Post Office team, but the fallout from her little tryst with Ressler is only just beginning.

Emotions were running high when Samar (Mozhan Marnò)  and Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) took their partnership from professional to very, very personal, and their workplace romance will echo through the back half of season 3. Even if the pair are no long on the same team, their one time hook up will put everyone on edge.

"That hasn't quite played out yet," series creator Jon Bokekamp teased, according to Entertainment Weekly. "That is something that's going to linger over them and haunt them. The fallout from that will continue to ripple for a while."

One partnership that will certainly feel the pressure is that of Samar and Aram (Amir Arison).

"What's interesting moving forward is the dynamic between Aram, Ressler and Samar, and what has happened with that very weird triangle," Bokenkamp said in the wake of "Kings of the Highway," according to Entertainment Weekly. "It has put a wedge in the task force in a way that we haven't had before, and puts people on different sides of the aisle."
