With Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) now possessing all the Dark Ones' powers, how will this complicate his relationship with Belle (Emilie de Ravin) on ABC's Once Upon a Time?

What Will 'Once Upon a Time's 100th Episode 'Honor' To Please Longtime Fans?

Rumple is back to being the ultimate Dark One, as Once Upon a Time fans saw in Sunday night's midseason finale. However, Rumple and Belle seem to have found renewed love. Rumple asked Emma (Jennifer Morrison) to keep his darkness secret from Belle, so it remains to be seen what will come of this.

Once Upon a Time co-creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz spoke with The Hollywood Reporter after the midseason finale and talked this storyline and many more. Asked about the status of Rumple and Belle's marriage and whether they would write de Ravin's real-life pregnancy into the show, Kitsis was coy but telling.

"I would say it certainly looked like they re-consummated their marriage, so we'll just have to wait and see, but I would say you're definitely on the right clue trail," he admitted.

The showrunners were also asked about how much power Rumple has now from the Dark Ones compared to what he's had in the past.

"I think he definitely has all of the powers of those Dark Ones and he's emerged stronger and probably even a little wiser," Kitsis teased. "Very dangerous."

Once Upon a Time airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
