Coast Guard Sarah Rich have not seen her daughter, Taylor, for seven months because of her service for the country. That is why she decided to gave her 7-year-old kid an unforgettable surprise whe she returned home.

During Taylor's elementary library class, it was announced that they will have a "mystery reader" for the day. The young girl did not have an idea that her mother will be the one to perform the said role. When Sarah enters the classroom while holding flowers, Taylor ran to her mother and they proceeded to hug each other. It could be seen that Sarah and Taylor truly missed each other after months of being apart.

Aside from this, another good news is that Sarah will be deployed on a land unit this summer, which means that she has more time to be with Taylor even after the Christmas season.

Kudos to Sarah for showing her love to Taylor. She also gave her daughter a reason to be happy this Christmas.
