The 4-minute workout below is so easy and very attainable. To start, do 10 push ups, keep the heart rate up and keep that body moving by doing jumping jumps. Next, do spider lunges, switch the left and right leg just like the spiders and then more jumping jumps. For this exercise, do 10 jumping lunges, jump up and switch legs. The last and final exercise is 10 walkouts.
