Over New Year's, the supermodel added a new photo to her page where she's in water while looking at a sunset. She moves her hands underneath the sunshine, creating a setting for the sky in her palms.

In the caption, Bundchen wrote what she hopes 2016 will bring- not just for her, but for others as well.

"The change that we want to see in the world starts with us," she wrote. "May this New Year bring more consciousness in the way we relate to each other, to ourselves, to nature and to the universe that surrounds us."

Meanwhile, Bundchen's husband, Tom Brady, received a small ankle injury in a football game with the Patriots against the Dolphins. In a report from Boston Herald, Brady said he'd be "all right" and mentioned how he hopes things will pick up in future games.

"I think we always want to be balanced with what we do," the Patriots player said. "Sometimes it becomes more proportionate from pass-wise to run-wise and vice-versa. We're going to have to do both of those things well in a couple weeks, regardless of who we play. We're going to have to run it well, throw it well. Everyone's going to have to contribute, take advantage of the opportunities when we get them."
