Holly Madison, who is pregnant and expected to deliver a baby girl sometime this spring, shared pictures of her daughter's nursery on her blog on Valentine's Day.

Madison, 33, tweeted the link to her blog and wrote  "Inside my LA nursery!" She added that she was "still not finished" designing her nursery but she was still "trying."

"Here are some of the design elements I'm putting together for my LA nursery. xoxo, Holly" she wrote on her blog.

Madison told People last month she planned to decorate her daughter's nursery with an Alice in Wonderland theme in her new home. She first gave her fans an inside peep on her daughter's nursery on Feb. 4

"Started painting the walls of my nursery yesterday - I have a whole lot of work ahead of me!" she wrote.

In the photo, the first-time-mom is her wearing Converse sneakers and sweat pants while she painted pastel color flowers on the baby's bedroom walls.

On Jan. 14 Madison gave us a sneak peek of a few fashion items from her daughter's closet. She posted a single snapshot of several princess-style dresses in bold bright colors with ribbon belts.

"My daughter just doesn't know what she's in for...," she captioned the picture.

She also shared a pic of a pair of adorable pink sandals embellished with rhinestones.

Madison's fiancé Pasquale Rotella, a Las Vegas party promoter, announced their baby's sex on Twitter on Oct. 16.

"Off to Amsterdam and I already miss my girls," Rotella tweeted to his 39,000 followers. The tweet was accompanied by a split image of two photos of the former Girls Next Door star's face hiding behind what appears to be a blanket, and a sonogram of their unborn child's fetus.

Madison and Rotella will tie the knot in the summer after she gives birth to their first child sometime in the spring. The former playmate slipped the news at the Las Vegas premiere of Jason Statham and Jennifer Lopez's recently released film Parker on Jan. 24. The screening was held at Planet Hollywood.

Madison shares her current home with Rotella. She dated Hugh Hefner from 2002 to 2008.
