Kim Kardashian and Kanye West celebrated Valentine's Day with a romantic dinner date, according to E!.

The first time parents-to-be were spotted headed to Lawry's Prime Rib Steakhouse in Beverly Hills Thursday night. The 32-year-old reality star was photographed wearing a flowing white shirt, paired with black pants that showed off her pregnancy curves and fringed boots. West was spotted wearing a denim blue jean shirt, topped with ripped jeans and Timberlake boots.

At the end of the night, Kardashian tweeted a picture of a new Cartier diamond bracelet. 

"My new pet panther! #Cartier #TheDonStrikesYetAgain," she posted. No official confirmation if West actually gave it to her for the special occasion

Kardashian and West may have both received early Valentine's Day presents a day before when they visited a doctor's office on Wednesday in Beverly Hills to discover the gender of their unborn baby.

The pregnant star and West, along with her family members Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian, attended an ultrasound appointment on Wednesday to find out if the couple is having a boy or girl, according to Hollywood Life. 

While the couple have promised to keep their baby as private as possible, Ryan Seacrest confirmed that the cameras will follow the Kim in her pregnancy on the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. 

In recent Kardashian news,  the reality TV star sold her Beverly Hills estate within the past three days, E!  reported. The home was designed, built and decorated by Beverly Hills-based Lucien Lacasse.  Kardashian purchased the Tuscan-style villa for $3.4 million in 2010 and had been asking $5 million for its sale. According to records, Kim transferred the property of the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom, 4,000 square-foot gated estate to an undisclosed buyer for a price unknown.

West and Kardashian recently purchased an $11 million-dollar Bel Air estate for their new family.
