The legendary Antonio Carluccio finally makes his debut on Food Tube. The TV show was very honoured to have the incredible chef, author, restauranteur and old friend of Gennaro Contaldo to share his authentic Italian carbonara which is simple and tasty.

Antonio mentioned on the video, that the original carbonara you need the guanciale, the pork cheek. Since a traditional Carbonara is made without using cream, Antonio uses egg letting it coat the pasta and creating a silky, creamy flavor. Also mentioned that in Rome, they use pecorino cheese which is a cheese to be grated.
