Rumor has it that Holmes and her rumored boyfriend Jamie Foxx are about to make things official after secretly dating for two years now.

According to OK! Magazine on Monday, eyewitnesses say the couldn't help but notice that Holmes was wearing an engagement ring during an Ocean Drive press event in Miami this past weekend. While the actress, who was previously married to Tom Cruise, hasn't made any comments about her love life, it's more than apparent that something is going on.

In fact, close friends and family are saying that Holmes and Foxx are looking to have a small, low key wedding, especially after all the hoopla and media circus that surrounded Holmes' first wedding when she married Cruise in Italy back in November of 2006.

And while there's no doubt that Holmes is looking happier than ever these days, there's very little chance that she will be going public with Foxx anytime soon.
