A new report says the British socialite is head over heels in love with a "terribly rich" boyfriend, banker James Matthews, who she has been seen canoodling with on and off-again for the last several years.
According to the Daily Mail on Thursday, things are getting hot and heavy between Pippa and James, as there's even speculation that they are the "real deal." The former party planner broke up with another banker, Nico Jackson, late last year because he failed to propose to her after three years of dating.
A source told the site, "James is really into Pippa and she is falling into step. There is affection between them. He is behaving like a peacock, he is showing her his feathers and wants her to be impressed."

What's more, Pippa and James were spotted together at Leonardio di Caprio's New Year's Eve bash in St. Barth's, but they quickly turned to the exit to spend the night alone instead.
The insider added, "They didn't enjoy it that much. Too many models, by all accounts. After a late night, the couple spent New Year's Day relaxing."
The rumored couple was also accompanied by Pippa's brother James Middleton and his girlfriend Donna Air during their trip to the Caribbean isle.
