You're favorite Kappas are back! Fox just handed Scream Queens a second season, and several leading ladies are set to return for the sophomore run.

Ryan Murphy's horror-comedy kept viewers guessing until the very last second, and the showrunner's twisted humor will soon trade the bloody halls of Wallace U for the Lysol drenched corridors of a hospital.

"It's going to take place in a hospital and explore some of the most interesting medical fascinomas," Fox chief Gary Newman said, according to TV Line. "This is something Ryan Murphy loves and had a lot of fun with on Nip/Tuck, and he, Brad [Falchuk] and Ian [Brennan] are going to infuse that sensibility on Scream Queens."

Unlike in American Horror story, Deadline reports that returning cast members will apparently retain their season 1 identities. While the male cast is getting a complete reset, as per TV Line, several of the series' actresses took to Twitter to announce their involvement.

 

 

Billie Lourd (Chanel #3) and Jamie Lee Curtis (Cathy Munsch) will also return.
