Showrunner 'Absolutely Wants' Jane Lynch Back In Season 11  

The preview for the next episode, titled 'Drive,' of season 11 reveals that the criminal beheads his victims, guillotine style. In the clip victims are shown being targetted via a car, and as the synopsis suggests they will be taking a taxi ride which will spell death for them. Here's the tagline in the clip: "Tell him your secrets but try not to lose your head."

Here's the synopsis for the episode:

"When bodies are discovered in public places throughout Boston, the BAU investigates whether a taxi or ride-share service the victims used before their deaths could lead the team to the UnSub."

JJ's Husband To Return In Season 11? 

In other exciting news related to the crime procedural, it was recently revealed that Danny Glover will be playing the part of Derek Morgan's (Shemar Moore) father on the show. TVLine revealed that Glover will guest star as Derek's dad in an episode, titled Derek. Showrunner Erica Messer also weighed in on this starry addition for the episode. "It's an interesting role that he plays," Messer said. "The reason Derek needs to call on this protector in this moment and work through some things is really beautifully written by Breen Frazier, and directed by [cast member] Thomas Gibson."

The episode will air on January 20 on CBS.
