The cast of Grimm is getting "Star-Crossed," although probably not in the Romeo and Juliet fashion.

Hadrian's Wall is getting stronger by the day, but it appears Nick (David Giuntoli) will have to take a break from the Wesen uprising in episode 9. While a "Reptile Dysfunction" will take the Grimm into the heart of Black Claw, "Star-Crossed" will see Nick turn his focus to detective work when a Wesen ritual leads to a sting of deaths in Portland.

"A barbaric Wesen ritual is brought to the present and Nick, Hank (Russell Hornsby) and Wu (Reggie Lee) are already five steps behind the serial killer," NBC teased. "To aid in the investigation, Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) goes undercover."

As the Scooby Gang deals with that, Juliette Eve (Bitsie Tulloch) will be exercising her new skill set.

"Meanwhile, Hadrian's Wall's war against Black Claw intensifies as Eve uses her unique skills to interrogate a suspect," NBC announced.

Grimm will return to the peacock network at 9 p.m. ET on Jan. 29 with "Eve of Destruction." Check out a preview below.
