First lady Michelle Obama showed off new bangs and dance moves on a visit to the Jimmy Fallon Show Friday night.

Obama talked about her "Let's Move" campaign, a comprehensive initiative dedicated to solving the challenge of childhood obesity. She will celebrate the three-year anniversary of the campaign by kicking off a tour in Mississippi to highlight the success the organization had on putting healthy children on the path to pursue their dreams.

"Just a few years ago when we launched let's move Mississippi was identified as the least healthy state in the United States, and just in the last year, the obesity rate for children has declined by 13%," she said.

Obama also pointed out a CDC study that shows children are consuming fewer calories in this decade than they were in the last. "It's good news, but we still have work to do," she said.

In a sketch video before the first lady's sit down interview on the show, the two danced- with Fallon dressed in a brown wig and a mom outfit. They performed "The Evolution of Mom Dancing," a spoof on the wildly popular "Evolution of Dance" video. Fallon and Obama presented a series of dance moves beginning with the "Go Shopping, Get Groceries" dance, and following with the "Just The Hands Part of Single Ladies," the "Oh My God, I Love This Song" and the "Driving the Station Wagon."

In the interview later, Fallon told Obama, "You're a good dancer."

"I am pretty good," she admitted.

"How about Barack, is he a good dancer?" Jimmy asked.

"You know, I give him a B," Michelle said. "His dancing is right here in the pocket. He's got like three good moves. But they're all right here," Michelle said, imitating him by dancing with her hands by her hips.

Fallon concluded the sit down by asking whether or not the first lady would consider running for office, perhaps joining forces with the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, which he called the "Dream Team." The first lady laughed the question off and joked that she's interested in a late night comedy gig like Fallon's.
