It's currently unknown if George "Pornstache" Mendez (Pablo Schreiber) is returning to Netflix's Orange Is the New Black.

Pornstache was last seen in season 3 of Orange Is the New Black in a way he hadn't been seen before. His signature mustache was shaved, and he was the one behind bars.

Now, it remains to be seen if Pornstache will show up in season 4, considered he is still in prison. Schreiber recently spoke with Business Insider and did not indicate whether he was returning.

"I can't tell you anything about whether he's coming back or not," he admitted. "As of now, he's in prison biding his time."

Schreiber also suggested that the season 3 scene, which featured his lack-of-mustache, was a tough one to film.

"I was very nervous to do that scene because, to me, the mustache was so important to who he was and I didn't want to take away his main feature, so I needed some convincing," Schreiber said.

It's safe to say that Pornstache is one of Schreiber's most signature roles at this point in his career. He earned his first Emmy nomination last year for the part, scoring a nod in the Guest Actor in a Drama Series category.

Schreiber then starred in the HBO series The Brink, but it was cancelled after one season. We'll see if the actor shows up again this summer on OITNB in the role everyone loves to hate.

Orange Is the New Black season 4 will be released in full on Friday, June 17 around midnight on Netflix.
