Sevigny feels pretty confident that she will come back for American Horror Story's upcoming sixth season, based on a new interview with PopSugar.

"I think so. I think I have a pretty good relationship with everybody over there, and if they ask me back, it depends on what they're doing and all that, but it's great," Sevigny said, when asked if she was returning. "It's really fun. I love it."

Should Kathy Bates Return To 'American Horror Story'?

Before playing Alex Lowe in American Horror Story: Hotel, Sevigny had a recurring role in Asylum as Shelly, a nymphomaniac stuck in the Briarcliff asylum. Considering she is not one of the regular repertory players, it remains to be seen if she will come back for season 6, but it sounds like she really wants to do it again.

Sevigny also spoke about how she chose to play her character differently from her fellow actors.

"When she turned, I wanted her to have a different way of carrying herself, because she's been infused with this vampiric blood," she said. "So I was trying to do something, whereas before she was scattered and crying all the time--it was very subtle, and I don't know if people picked up on it--but I wanted her to have a different countenance, a calmer, more confident thing after she was infused with that blood, because how could you not? I feel like the other actors, when they turned, were just acting the same way. Wouldn't you be somewhat different? Not everybody, but there should have been more of a big change."

American Horror Story season 6 premieres this fall on FX.
