'Girl Meets World' Writers Reveal 'Favorite' Season 2 Episode, Get Your Tissues Ready

The teens are nearing the end of middle school, but the brainiac and the slacker won't be able to leave John Quincy Adams behind without one last life lesson. During "Girl Meets Commonism," Riley's (Rowan Blanchard) friends will have to face the consequences of cheating.

"Maya and Farkle are caught cheating on a test and have to face the school honor board!" Disney teased. "Meanwhile Auggie tries to figure out what he wants to be when he grows up."

Interestingly enough, the five-man honor board will include two very familiar faces. Lucas (Peyton Meyer) and Riley will be in charge of deciding their pals' fates, and it's safe to assume the moral of the week will be twofold.


Set to air as episode 28, "Commonism" was actually the sixth script to go in front of the camera this season. For "Girl Meets World," filming order is generally of little consequence. All it really means is that the Maya (Sabrina Carpenter)-Lucas-Riley 'ships won't be addressed.

"Girl Meets Commonism" will air on Feb. 12.
