Bobbi Kristina Brown Update: Estate Is Suing Pat & Cissy Houston [VIDEO]

Nick Gordon isn’t the only one getting the side eye from the late Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate.

In an extremely shocking development in Bobbi Kristina’s family’s case against her longtime boyfriend, Bobbi Kristina’s estate is now suing her aunt Pat Houston and her grandmother, Cissy Houston. (Pat is the wife of Whitney Houston’s half-brother and Cissy is Whitney’s mother)

Bedelia Grove, who is the administrator for Bobbi Kristina’s estate filed the lawsuit on Feb. 4 for “breach of trust.”

District Attorney Gives The Latest On Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Case

Apparently Pat and Houston didn’t give out the money from Bobbi Kristina’s trust fund to cover maintaining her estate and expenses. Pat and Cissy are the ones who have to approve any money going in and out of the estate.

Hargrove said that both ladies said they would not pay up because they did not think it was “reasonable.”

Hargrove added that she told Pat and Cissy they should really pay up, but they refused and it doesn’t look like they plan on changing their mind. Bobbi Kristina put Cissy and Pat in control of her trust and all of her assets before she passed away. This also includes anything she would receive from her late mother, Whitney.

Hargrove added in her complaint to the Fulton County Superior Court, “Respondents are impairing and impeding the proper administration of the estate. To date, the respondents have failed and refused to pay any expenses of administration of the estate after proper and repeated demands from the petitioner.

This isn’t the first lawsuit Hargrove has filed. The estate is also suing Gordon for “wrongful death” in the case of Bobbi Kristina being found unconscious in her bathtub; an incident that eventually led to her death six months later.
