The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S4 is slated to be unveiled at Samsung's New York City event on March 14. With less than a week before the big unveil, rumors of the upcoming smartphone have been ripe.

One rumor speculates that the next-generation Galaxy phone will have a built-in eye tracking technology, which will track the movement of a human eye to perform tasks.

Samsung reportedly filed new trademarks in Europe for Eye Scroll and Eye Pause, which directs fans to believe that the new device will indeed come with the eye0tracking technology. It is not known what exactly those trademarks mean, but the Eye Scroll could indicate that browsing a web page may become much easier if it is able to to scroll down automatically following the movement of the eye.

The South Korean tech giant tweeted Feb. 25: "Ready 4 the show. Come and meet the new Galaxy."

The release of the Samsung Galaxy S4 next week may mean that the SGS4 mini may be revealed two months later, around mid-May.

The rumored specs for the next-generation smartphone device may have a 5-inch 1080p display, new Exynos 5 Octa -Core processor, 13MP rear camera, and an S-Pen.
