There's a new rumor swirling that Jill Duggar might or might not be pregnant after her husband Derick Dillard posted a selfie photo while buying mosquito repellent on his Instagram account. The couple is reportedly still in Central America where the Zika virus is becoming more of a huge threat everyday. To make matters worse, there's even speculation that Jill might be pregnant with the couple's second child, which many Central and South American governments have advised not to do, as the Zika virus has been the cause of many birth defects in newborn babies.
Still, Derick shared his photo and captioned it, "I knew I could count on Walmart to have what I need to combat that Zika Virus! #beprepared #zika."

Many of his followers didn't appreciate Derick's humor as they commented, "Recently the research has shown Zika virus is actually sexually transmitted. So Derrick buying off for himself is a good thing," along with, "You know that the virus can be transmitted from an infected man TO a woman by sexual intercourse right???"
