The 2016 presidential race has officially hit a new low--if that was possible.

The race has had a lot of lows, but Stephen Colbert knows it reached a new one in the most recent Republican debate--when Donald Trump assured viewers that his...as Colbert puts it..."executive branch"...is very much sizeable.

Because...that's what will make the biggest difference in the White House.
