There's always rumors claiming their relationship has come to an end, but it appears things are still going strong for Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes, as the couple recently took a lavish trip together to Palm Springs to celebrate the actress and fashion designer's 42nd birthday.

According to People Magazine, the couple and their 1 year-old daughter spent four days vacationing in Palm Springs by renting out Frank Sinatra's one-time vacation home in the area. According to the rental website, the 4 bedroom, 7 bathroom home includes a chipped sink from a time that was allegedly from Sinatra slamming a champagne bottle during an argument with Ava Gardner, a recording studio, pool house, and other memorabilia, for a whopping price tag of $2,600 a night—meaning the family's four-night stay was roughly $10,400 total.

The vacation comes not long after an awards season which saw Gosling continually thrown into the same room as his famous ex, Rachel McAdams, as both had films that were up for awards all season. The two were both in attendance at the Golden Globes, the Screen Actor's Guild Awards, and the Oscars, though it is unclear if their paths ever crossed at the events.

It also comes after rumors surfaced that Gosling was allegedly cheating on Mendes with his three-time co-star Emma Stone, with reports claiming last month that the two were meeting for secret, intimate lunches, which they pretended were business lunches in an effort to keep them from Mendes.
