Kathryn Edwards' first season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills may be her last.

According to a new report, Bravo is done with the wife of former NFL star Donnie Edwards, and may also be removing another housewife from the series ahead of the upcoming, but yet-to-be-confirmed, eighth season.

“Producers are casting two more housewives,” an insider told Radar Online on Tuesday. “They are getting rid of Kathryn Edwards, [and producers] are testing replacements.”

The source claimed Kyle Richards was also on the chopping block due to her allegedly played-out story line with her older sister, Kim, who was featured only in a guest role during season six.

“The whole situation with the sibling drama between Kyle and Kim is getting old,” said the insider. “That really is Kyle’s only storyline, so they may just invite Kim back.”

“They are taking it day by day because they don’t know how Kim is going to behave now that she’s taking care of herself,” continued the insider, “but they are conflicted and not sure they want to explore her story again, either.”

The source also noted that while “Kim is known for always demanding more money,” producers “aren’t playing that game” this time around. “They are going to have an extra new cast member on hand to replace anyone who isn’t working out.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season six airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
