There's been a lot of adjusting she's had to do since returning home to Palos Hills for the summer, but Jenna (Ashley Rickards) could learn that some things will be impossible to adjust to completely on Awkward.

She couldn't believe it when she realized that life in New York led to Tamara (Jillian Rose Reed) actually becoming best friends with Sadie (Molly Tarlov) of all people, but when an ad sales intern job opens up at Ideabin, she knows Tamara will be the perfect fit for the job—and she's right.

"OMG, I got the job!" Tamara squeals in a preview clip for the Tuesday, April 5 episode.

"And we'll get to work together every day, which is great because I feel like I don't see you that much," Jenna says.

However, she will quickly start regretting her decision when Tamara fits in with her new work crowd way better than she does—and it could lead to the two having an unexpected fallout when they realize that they may no longer fit in one another's post-high school lives.

However, drama with Tamara may not be the only thing Jenna will have to deal with. Since she and Matty (Beau Mirschoff) are no longer on speaking terms, she has begun dating and sleeping with Luke (Evan Williams) again. Things seem to be going well, until he shocks her with something that feels like an extreme case of déjà vu from sophomore year with Matty.

"No one can know that we like each other," he says in the clip.

But, as these relationships potentially come closer to ending or changing dramatically, she and Matty could potentially and finally be on the road towards reconciliation, as he starts opening up to her mother, Lacey (Nikki DeLoach) about what happened between them—and she encourages him to open up to Jenna with his feelings.

"I was a jerk, and I just figured that she told you," he says in the clip.

"Why don't you stick around and tell her that yourself?" Lacey asks.

Awkward airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on MTV.

Can these BFFs work together, or will it cause an even bigger rift in their friendship?
