Expect some enticing and weird new procedures when Botched returns.

On Wednesday, a promo was released for the reality series that tackles plastic surgery patients on a quest for some bizarre changes. As Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow return, they'll meet up with people who are looking for something even the doctors haven't heard of.

The promo starts off with a man saying he wants "boobs" and that it would get him "more attention."

There is also a woman looking to fix the gauges in her ears while a young man wants to become the "perfect alien."

On the journey, the doctors are about to have a lot of fun with each other and their patients as they embark upon these new changes and find out some incredible stories.

And some of their patients will be bruised and battered up only to find what it is that makes them look good.

Last year, Nassif and Dubrow spoke to After Buzz TV on the excitement of being a part of this series and how they come across moments that are almost too crazy to be true.

"It's shock TV almost in a way because you're seeing things that- actually, I'm seeing things- that I've never seen before," Nassif admitted. "So from some of the body modification or the things that have happened to these patients- devastating results- I mean, they're shocking."

Botched Season 3 premieres on Tuesday, May 10 at 9 p.m. ET on E!
