Botched is back and things are about to (physically) change.

Chatter On New Patients Coming To 'Botched'

On Sunday, a promo was released of the upcoming season where a bunch of models go through artistic proportions of cosmetic procedures. As they sing in a trippy fashion, new changes are being made throughout their bodies, giving insight on what kinds of operations the doctors will be dealing with.

One model has different eyes being placed together while another appears to be getting new lips. But that will only be the beginning of failed procedures that undergo major fixes.

One patient that viewers might remember from a previous episode of the reality series is Rodrigo Alves, also known as 'Human Ken.' With more than 30 procedures done, some may have been skeptical if this man had a mental issue, but his hair transplant doctor John Kahen told Enstars otherwise.

"He needed to have all these things done to himself to get to where he is now," Kahen said about Alves' operations. "And obviously the publicity he has is behind this as well...he's going around and he's getting free things, he's been in GQ [Italy] Magazine, he does some modeling and things like that. I don't think with that image he had in the past he would be able to do any of this."

The new season of Botched is expected to premiere this spring on E!
