Jamie Dornan, Dakota Johnson News: ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ Co-Stars ‘Quite Fond Of Each Other?’ [VIDEO]

Is there something going on between Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson off screen? That seems to be on everyone's mind as there's a new report that says the Fifty Shades Darker co-stars are quite fond of each other, despite reports that say they can't stand each other's company whenever they are not filming.

According to Bustle on Friday, there have been tons of rumors coming out of the Fifty Shades camp, including ones that suggest Jamie and Dakota might be the next Rob Patterson and Kristen Stewart while others say they lack some serious chemistry on screen. Dornan and Johnson for their part have managed to sidestep the drama by ignoring the tabloid fodder about both their on-screen and off-screen relationships.

Even though it's their job to steam up the big screen with sexy and sultry scenes, Dornan is a dedicated husband to his wife Amelia Warner. And while Johnson is currently single, she also does a good job of staying out of the celebrity spotlight, unlike many other actresses her age in Hollywood.

When speaking of Johnson to Vogue magazine, Dornan said, "Dakota is very funny - and humor on a film set goes a long way. But, she also had the ability to be a very strong dramatic actress. She'd be telling a joke one minute and breaking your heart on-screen the next - so she was perfect."

Johnson for her part seems to trust the Irish-born actor enough to work with him on their steamy (if not awkward) sex scenes.

In an interview with Glamour magazine, she talked about the movie's sex scenes, saying, "It was a very closed set - my mom told me that it's my right to ask for that during intimate scenes, so it seemed like [Dornan, Taylor-Johnson, and I] were in this little world together."
