It looks like nothing is going to stop Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard from doing what they love the most, and that's spreading God's message. Apparently, the couple is still living in South America and doing their missionary work, despite fears of the Zika virus, which has apparently put a damper on their pregnancy plans.

Jill shared a new photo of the family celebrating their son Israel's first birthday, along with a throwback photo of Derick when he was at that age, too. She captioned the photo with, "Happy belated birthday to our sweet Israel! (We did not have wifi on his birthday.) We loved having Grandma C here for Israel's birthday. She even brought Derick's first birthday candle for Israel to use!"

Many of Jill's fans commented on the pic with, "Happy Birthday, Israel! He looks a lot like Derick," along with, "Oh saving the candle is the sweetest idea ever!! Happy birthday Israel!"

Another fan wrote, "Happy belated birthday little man and I wish that Derrick would shave his face if he only knew the bugs that he carry in his bushes face please Google an read."

What's more, it's also pretty apparent by the photo that Jill isn't expecting another child anytime soon.

So far the couple has not made any comments on how long they plan on living in South America or if they plan on returning home to Arkansas anytime soon. Their missionary work will be documented though on their spin-off show Jill and Jessa: Counting On on the TLC network.
