A male model has gone public revealing that he slept with Kourtney Kardashian in March, 2009 - nine months before she welcomed her son, Mason Disick on Dec. 14, 2009.

Michael Girgenti came forward in an exclusive interview and said he believes he is the biological father to Kardashian's first child. The Los Angeles-based model said he and the Kourtney & Kim Take Miami star became physical on their third date at his Glendale, Calif. apartment. Girgenti, who once posed in a photo shoot with Kardashian for 944 magazine in 2008, described their sexual encounter in detail in the bombshell claim.

"We started kissing, making out and touching each other. We were fooling around on the couch for a little while before I took her to the bedroom," Girgenti told InTouch Weekly. "I slipped her clothes off. She helped me undress, and we fell into bed."

Girgenti said their encounter "was great," and estimated it lasted about 20 minutes. He  said they didn't use or discuss protection and he assumed she was on the pill, which is why he believes her first child might be his.

Kardashian lost touch with him after their alleged fling, he said. They had kept in touch prior to their romp on BlackBerry Messenger.

Girgenti said when he saw photos of Mason, now 3, he "began to wonder" if Kourtney's son is his. He said he first came forward after Mason was born but his hopes were dashed and he decided to go public hoping that it will "finally push (Kardashian) into taking the DNA test."

The Chicago native said he just wants to know the truth and nothing else.

"I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he's my kid," Gigenti said. "He deserves to know his real father."

Kardashian's attorney spoke on behalf of his client and said that she acknowledged that she worked with him on the photo shoot but all else is a  "preposterous and an outrageous lie."

"They did not exchange contact information. Since the August 20, 2008, on-set photo shoot, Kourtney never spoke with him, saw him nor met him again," her unidentified lawyer told InTouch. "Kourtney has never been alone with him, and Kourtney certainly has never physically/intimately been with Mr. Girgenti."

Kardashian has been in an off-and-on relationship with Scott Disick since 2007 was not dating him at the time of the alleged romp. She was engaged to Disick in 2007 and the couple split in February, 2009 after she suspected him of cheating, according to a report. The pair reconciled after she learned she was pregnant with Mason. Mason was born in December, 2009 and the couple later welcomed their second child, Penelope, in July, 2012.
