Samsung Galaxy S4: T-Mobile to Undercut Sprint, AT&T, Verizon With $99 Offer - iPhone5 Too? (VIDEO)
T-Mobile has launched an attempt to undercut rivals Sprint, Verizon, AT&T in sales for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4. T-Mobile will be offering the device for a $99.99 down payment this week.
The smartphone network carrier made an official announcement on Tuesday at a press conference event in New York City, where the carrier also announced the deal would cover the iPhone 5 and HTC One too.

Under the deal, customers can pay just $99.99 up front for the device, and then pay off the rest of the balance on their monthly bill.
The carrier also announced that no annual service contract will be required for customers purchasing these smartphones on T-Mobile.
The new deal has been launched by the carrier in the hope to draw customers from other major carriers in the U.S.
John Legere, president and CEO of T-Mobile USA, "This is an important day for people who their iPhone but can't stand the pain other carriers put them through to own one. We feel their pain. I've felt the pain. So we're rewriting the rules of wireless to provide a radically simple, affordable iPhone 5 experience on an extremely powerful network."
Meanwhile, T-Mobile has revealed that it will begin carrying the Galaxy S4 on May 1. The HTC One will be available later in the spring.
T-Mobile launched its LTE network in seven major metropolitan areas on Tuesday including Baltimore; Houston; Kansas City; Las Vegas; Phoenix; San Jose; California; and Washington, D.C.
