A new sneak peek from the next episode, 'Inner Beauty,' of Season 11 of Criminal Minds reveals Devon Gummersall playing Joseph Berzon, "a crazy unsub" who disfigures women's faces.

The exclusive clip was unveiled by TVGuide and in it the members of the BAU are seen discussing the case and the unsub's motivations. They also reveal that he has a different ritual for each women.

Showrunner Erica Messer also spoke to TVGuide about Gummersall's character. "He's a crazy unsub who is doing all sorts of disgusting things to disfigure women's faces, but he doesn't do the same thing to every victim. His ritual is different each time," she said. "Devon is so good and so creepy in it. You will not look at him the same."

Another highlight of the next episode, David Rossi (Joe Mantegna) will be meeting his ex wife, the one who kept his daughter, Joy, a secret from him in nearly 30 years.

Here's the official synopsis:

"The BAU searches for an UnSub who is purposely disfiguring victims. Meanwhile, Rossi has an awkward reunion with his ex-wife, who kept his daughter, Joy, a secret from him for nearly 30 years."

In other recent news, Francis Fisher will be guest starring in Criminal Minds. The actress, best known for playing Jack Dawson's mother in Titanic and more recently for working on ABC's Resurrection, will be guest starring in the penultimate episode, entitled 'Devil's Backbone' of Season 11.

Showrunner Erica Messer revealed the nature of Fisher's role to TVLine in the episode, which will be "very interesting" and "creepy"/"psychological". According to the report Fisher will be playing the part of Antonia Slade, "a crazy UnSub who was put away by [Mandy Patinkin's] Jason Gideon 15 years ago."

As for the character's backstory, Glade had been involved in a twisted case with her husband wherein they operated a teen runaway helpline, but were criminally harsh on toward the ones that did not comply or were deviant.

The episode, 'Inner Beauty,' will air on April 13.
