Every time Kate Middleton touches her stomach, the tabloids go off with new pregnancy rumors. This time around the Duchess was spotted "cradling" her baby bump during her state tour of Bhutan, with many eyewitnesses wondering if she is indeed pregnant with her third child.

According to Gossip Cop on Saturday, the Duchess along with her husband, Prince William, both attended a formal reception in Bhutan. The Duchess has been getting rave reviews for the orange-colored poppy dress she wore, but it's what she did with her hands that's getting everyone's attention.

Several sources say that the Duchess was spotted "suspiciously cradling her stomach," while wondering if she was just hungry or indeed carrying another bun in her oven.

What's more, one insider even said that she,"looked curvier than usual in the dress that clung to her stomach."

And while Buckingham Palace is yet to make any comments about the pregnancy rumors, the site does note though that both the Duke and Duchess went on a five-hour hike with locals earlier that day. If she were indeed pregnant, her advisors definitely wouldn't have had her hiking alongside everyone else in their group.

The Duke and Duchess are already the parents of their two children, 2-year-old Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who will be celebrating her first birthday next month.

The couple is scheduled to complete their official tour of India and Bhutan this week. This is their second official overseas trip in the past two years.
